This artists' workshop will focus on how to draft budgets, manage finances and stick to a budget in arts projects.

All art projects need budgets, but overseeing the finances can be a daunting task. This Radar session looks at producing art through a financial lens, focusing on budget brainstorming, managing budgets, and creating a budget that is as flexible as the project it outlines. With guidance from Artsadmin’s Executive Director Deborah Chadbourn, we will collectively construct budgets for arts projects of all scales, and speak about different approaches to managing a successful project.
