Visual artist Chris Dobrowolski spent twelve painstaking years developing a way of making his sculpture explain itself via the visual language alone without the need for lengthy explanations. And then he decided to write a book.

Faced with the complacency and indifference of the art world, Chris has woven together all the stories behind his work to make Escape. It’s a big art book full of his experiences of making art from Hull to Antarctica, from kinetic sculptures, modes of transport to his latest performance work All Roads Lead to Rome.

At the very least it has got some nice pictures in it. 

Chris will launch his book and share some new stories, so there will be no spoilers here.
